I am confused...the EULA for Madden 2008 says..."you shall not,...(b) alter, modify, enhance,
or create a derivative work or improvement of any part of the Software". And in my phone conversation with EA , I was told all modding of Madden PC games was illegal.

1. Ok to create and download user created files of new uniforms and stadiums ...using the utilities that came with the game (Create - A- Team , Create -A-Stadium)

Follow up. Would using "Texmod" to capture and overlay the original game files be permitted? Would this be considered "modifying" the original game files? Can these modified files be distributed?
Is it legal to use Texmod or uMod to mod the original game files of any of the Madden NFL PC games...and distribute the files?

to play online again like can you change the code of the servers it’s looking for and make at home server to link it too
