Re: It says I have only played 3 hours, but my trial is over

The following specifies Xbox but the same goes for PC and PS4:

Early trial time ran out

If you leave an early trial open and running in the background on your Xbox, time keeps counting down.

To prevent that from happening, make sure to fully quit the game when you’re not playing it to preserve your trial time.

We can’t reset or add more time to EA Play early trials, and neither can the Xbox Support team.

It says I have only played for 3 hours though thats why i'm really confused. If you leave it running in the background wouldn't it say you've played for 10 hours, though I see nothing can be done
