Re: Kicked Offline When Comparing Wide Receivers

@jakesaz

That is definitely strange. Can we try changing the DNS on your PS4 to see if that helps at all? I've seen some cases where using a different DNS can help with similar issues. To update the DNS settings on your console follow the steps below:

1. Open the PS4 Settings

2. Go to Network

3. Select Set Up Internet Connection

4. Choose WiFi or LAN Cable (depending on what type of connection you're using)

5. Select IP Address Settings (automatic)

6. Select DHCP Host Name (Do Not Use)

7. Choose DNS Settings (Manual)

8. Enter 8.8.8.8 as the Primary DNS and 8.8.4.4 as the Secondary DNS. This is the public Google DNS, but if there's a different DNS you would rather use instead that would be OK as well.

9. Select MTU Settings (Automatic)

10. Choose Proxy Server (Do Not Use)

Let me know how this goes when you have the chance to give it a shot. Thanks again!

    Tried what you said, still get disconnected every time I try to compare cards in my binder. Get the EA error, “Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later.” Followed by being disconnected from the EA servers.

    Thanks for giving it a shot. Is there a specific item you're trying to compare when this happens, or is it just anything in your binder no matter what it is?

    It happens for any player card in my binder. Maybe 1 out of every 20 times I hit compare it will work, but I get disconnected basically every time I go to compare any player card
