Re: Lack of Trade Bar

I’m having the same issue - just entered off season and want to make some trades and it’s a huge headache as I have no idea if the other team has enough interest to where we're close to reaching a deal or if I’m just wasting my time. So now my franchise is at a standstill and won’t be going anywhere until this is fixed - if not fixed will note bode well that this guy will invest in Madden 19 so please address ASAP EA or tell me how to roll my version back from this update. I’m in the year 2042 of my franchise so I’ve invested a lot of time into it.

    It is definitely something to do with the update. I have uninstalled the game and then taken the ps4 offline to stop the update when I reinstall. Is back to normal now but obviously being offline is not ideal. They really need to fix this fast.

    How hard would it be to revert the change to CFM and THEN work on a better trade logic, test it, and THEN release it?  I don't know who tested this patch, but they're clueless about CFM.

    Is this going to be a quick fix cause just like the other players complaining this is ruining the game for me. Would like some kind of update. Everything was better before update 1.11

    No response nothing from EA put that credit card number in and buy some packs they are all ears. Some of the worst customer service on the face of the planet. Reports since Friday absolutely no response. At least show a little interest ea god damn.

    @EA_Barry, we deserve an update on this issue.  The silence is deafening and people are talking about wanting NFL Blitz back.

    The reasonable amongst us don't expect an immediate solution, but we definitely would appreciate an update that the issue has been isolated or at least been recreated and that a plan for fixing it is in place.

    If you need help from the community (ie screenshots/videos/whatever), just reach out.  There's a large contingency of CFM folks that would be more than happy to provide a hand to expedite a fix.

    Who do I complain to to get my money back? Ea obviously does not care about their customers unless they are buying packs or dlc. Its as easy as taking away the latest update so the players can still enjoy the game and working on it until you fix it then release it. You need to hire people who will actually test these updates before you release them. You guys make so much money off the madden community alone that fixing these things should take no longer than 48-72 hours.

    EA cmon now this is wild. It's been at least a week since this was reported and you still haven't fixed it? Are you just ignoring this? You don't care? What's the deal? Because every other part of the game got its update no problem. We aren't asking for perfection. We get it, people make mistakes. But this shouldn't take a week to fix. That's unacceptable.

    I’m legit thinking about never buying another Madden game after this, and the lack of communication from you guys is ridiculous. You guys are the worse. I don’t understand why it takes so long for you guys to find a solution or for you guys to even give an update. What are you guys trying to do? Have us get into Ultimate Team? That game mode is wack. So frustrated with this senseless bug. I hope one of these game companies decided to rival madden one of these days, and take you guys out. Maybe then you guys will realize then, that you guys messed up. Atleast Snapchat fixed their nonsense! #EAIsTheWorse let’s get that trending to our voices are heard.
