Since this is a free promotion both EA and Twitch are sticking their heads in the sand with this issue - or maybe their heads are stuck up something else. If this was a promotion where you had go spend real money to get these cards - and people were unable to spend their money because of these same issues we're having, - you can bet your * they'd have had a fix within 24 hours.
Not a word in over two weeks from either one of them on how to fix this or to to even let people know they are aware there is a problem. People have repeatedly let EA know that their "fix" isn't working and EA doesn't reply at.all. Absolute trash customer service from both Twitch and EA.
I've had every Madden starting with John Madden Football on the Sega Genesis in early 1991 but Madden 18 is the end of the line for me This game has increasingly become pay-to-play and this year EA isn't making even the slightest effort to hide their greed. The only way to get decent cards is by buying "premium" packs/bundles with points bought with real money. The "rewards" you get for completing the MUT challenges are awful at best and are purposely done that way to make you want to buy their special packs
