We're not able to discuss what actions are taken on other accounts due to privacy reasons (I'm sure you don't want us to discuss what's happening on your account with other people), but they can range from warnings, suspensions, and permanent bans. Some actions taken by players could result in repeated warnings while some actions could go straight to a permanent ban. 

I understand server errors and I get that. It’s happened before and I will easily take a loss. But when screen pops up and tells me it is the other person’s connection and then the game stops. I don’t feel like it I should take a loss. I want to thank you for all your help you’ve been very nice. And I’m sorry if I have come across rude.
