Re: Madden 15: "Your connection to Xbox Live has been lost. Please sign in again."
This is the issue I have been having. I am trying to sign online and play Madden 15 wih my Xbox 360. My Xbox Live account is current, and my wireless router is working. Every time I try to sign into the EA servers, I get the following message:
"Your connection to to Xbox Live has been lost. Please sign in again"
Then it leaves me with two options:
"OK" or "Test Connection"
Every time I test my connection, it works. I have contacted Xbox Live customer support. They informed this is an EA issue. Now I am really not happy at all because I am a few hours away from a fantasy draft connected franchise for money. This server issue is ruining my evening, and quite possibly my season. I have wasted hours already trying to resolve this issue. This is not acceptable, and I don't understand why it is so difficult to establish contact with somebody from EA. The telephone number I called didn't have any live operators to talk to. It simply told me to visit the website, and hung up. Well I have visited the website, and I doubt I will resolve this issue in time. I am beyond frustrated with the customer service so far. 😕mileymad:
