So all I did was download the Madden 16 Deluxe Edition and it downloaded my madden 16 and it never gave me the packs. Could you help me in anyway I have sent Microsoft an email and chatted with a Agent and I sent EA sports a email and tried to talk to someone on the chat but it never loaded.
