So I can direct you to post in the appropriate place, can you let us know which BF game you are experiencing this issue with?

 Same problem with Madden17.cannot click NEXT once I enter the captcha. More than a month to fix something as simple as this? Unacceptable. Need to take this game back. How do I get  refund????? Takes 4 hrs to dowload/install and then this?.. Ridiculous experience..      

Reset EA password and Unplug system for 30secs and mine worked after doing this. Shouldn't of had to went this far but it worked
