Re: Madden 20 crashes on offline connected franshise Xbox One

9/6/19. Still doesn't work. Same result as always. On franchise mode game will load up from the start, load partially then disconnect. I've been playing madden since madden 2007. I would create a whole team of players and the game would never crash on any modes especially franchise mode. I don't understand how when EA decides to revamp a ton of visuals on the game it hits the fan big time. I apologize if I come off offensive but this is not worth spending $90 for. I got the game almost a month ago and barely played it because this issue still hasn't been addressed properly. I've been patiently waiting for EA to fix it yet it seems the problem is still there. Please look deeply into this issue Electronic Arts and fix it. It's frustrating having to buy a new game and not be able to play it properly because there are bugs that should have not even been there in the first place. I understand that is the reason there are title updates, however if the updates don't fix the big problem what's the use of the update at all? Very big disappointment. 

Agreed... I know this is far from EA'S priority right now, as franchise doesn't make them any money (especially not in our case), but I'd at least appreciate an acknowledgement that it's still being investigated and worked on. I bought the more expensive version of the game so I could play early and get a heard start on making a custom team for this year. And over a month later I still can't use it in franchise. I'm definitely starting to feel a bit of frustration with this whole thing. I've been playing Madden for 16 years and I WANT to love this game.

Any EA rep on right now please listen to your fans this is getting out of hand some of us if not all still can't play the offline CFM mode cause we can't use our own created players roster please fix this ASAP cause this need to take priority over anything else.

I am and it is strange it just started for me out of the blue.  I was able to complete one season with no problems and now I am in the middle of season two and have run into the issue. Is it custom rosters or the draft class I downloaded I don't know but it was all working fine until now and it seems no one is responding so EA probably doesn't care. If it is not affecting MUT and their money it is not an issue to them.

It may not go unnoticed but that does not mean they are looking into the issue.  They can at least make a comment on the issue.
