This error sounds similar to the servers cannot process your request error when player lineups are causing disconnections or freezes. Can you try these steps below that I've copied from this post?

"Can you both try visiting your roster in MUT and change it to best OVR with the lineup tool to see if that fixes it? If not, revisit your roster and tab over to the Team Visuals tab and swap out your jerseys for a standard team jersey (different one if you already have a standard one equipped). What happens is that some item combinations can cause corruption which leads to this error, so by refreshing the team lineup with the best OVR and Team Visuals tab that can fix this. The team is aware of this error and we apologize for any frustration it might have led to."
