Re: Madden 20 keeps crashing

My game is crashing as well. It was working fine for the first few hours after I bought it from origins game launcher on windows 10 pc. I tried to play mut for the first time and it froze, I waited for half and hour, nothing. When it freezes like this I cant get my computer to close the program. I tried alt tabbing out and still nothing. I have to shut off the pc and restart it for it to go away. After that time now I can load madden to the home menu, go into setting or roster management, but if I try to go into any game modes it freezes again. I uninstalled madden, deleted all failed, reinstalled and it's still happenin .

Can you attach a DxDiag for us? Also try checking for Windows updates because pending updates can lead to crashes for some programs. Search "Windows Updates" in the desktop search bar to check for pending updates.

DxDiag HAHA, I am running an I9 9900k with a Gtx 1070 and this game still crashes and I get a loss. (Online ranked) EA is trash...

Nice rig. Even the nicest PCs aren't immune to occasional crashes or performance issues though. Some programs installed to them or devices plugged in could cause compatibility issues with our games or Origin. Would you be able to attach a DxDiag for us if you're interested in troubleshooting? 

Downloaded Madden 20 to my pc. try to play, it loads up and then just freezes. I have attached DxDiag. Any help would be greatly appreciated
