Hey Madden Community,
We've seen reports that players are unable to access Madden Share files, like draft classes or rosters, and receiving the error in the image below.
We want to let you know that the team is aware and is investigating the issue.
We will update both this post here and this thread when we have more information to share.

Community AdminThe Madden team made an official post acknowledging the community's concerns on the EA Madden forums and also mentioned it as a top priority over today's stream.

@marcosmars313 Same with NCAA 14 Teambuilder website. EA labeled the thread as "fixed", never fixed the issue and then months later changed to it "investigation on-going" and have not changed anything in a year and just hoped that the thread would die like it eventually did. Wouldn't be surprised if that is what they are doing with this issue as well.

This is ridiculous.. madden is useless without the community files!!!! Get it fixed!!!!!

Everytime I try to do something on madden something like this happens.

Another day of not playing Madden. Still won’t fix the issue. Can’t wait to drop this game franchise! Bring on NFL 2K22!!!
The only reason I bought this game was to get updated rosters reflecting free agent signings and draft class. EA provides nothing but outdated rosters and DOES NOT allow me to download community roster files. Can I get a refund? This is pitiful.
Look dude, I know you're just the guy that has to deal with both our * and EA's *, but this is ridiculous. For years now, Madden has completely and without remorse neglected the franchise community, and now we straight up cannot play the game with any semblance of realism and it has taken over a month to just get a blanket statement saying, "yeah, we know we suck." If this was ANY other game developer and I mean ANY this problem would've been fixed in hours: Gearbox, Activision, hell, even Epic. But because EA is such a worthless piece of garbage we have to wait months to play this game when there is LITERALLY nothing else to do.
This is such scum. Ea this has been going on for months fix this!! Dont just leave js in the dark. We pay for this game.
