I just got off the phone with EA and it’s a known glitch. They said they would email me a link with steps on how to fix it. Still waiting for the email. When I get it I will post here.

I can’t get into madden share. Internet connection is fine  still have Xbox gold I can get into my online league but can’t access madden share this is for Xbox one

We'll flag this down to the team. I need the following information:

• Gamertag/PSN ID
• Platform you play on
• When did it stop working?
• What isn't working? (Roster sharing, Draft Class)
• If it's a specific file you're trying to download and can't, which one is it?
• Confirm rebooting your network and power cycling the console does not work

Please reply to the post with these bullet points so we can pass this information to the QA team. 

I received my new xbox series x yesterday and It will not let me play online anymore. It won't let me download the latest rosters. Every time I try to it says there is an error and there is nothing I can do. Everything was perfectly fine before I switched to next gen. Please somebody help so I can play online again

I also can’t access community files on ps5. Gets stuck on loading screen and i tried uninstalling the game and all saved files but still no luck. 

Hey everyone, Not sure if anyone else has experienced this as well. Whenever I go to load a shared draft roster from Madden 21 to be able to draft the actual prospect's coming it loads properly but still gives me auto generated draft classes. 

did u ever get the anser to fix it?

Summarize your bug My issue has to do with downloading community files. I want to download a draft class, but I continuously get error messages despite the fact that my Internet is not an issue and Xbox Live status is not an issue. Every single year there is a problem with the community files. Why can’t EA just get this right?
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Attempt to download a draft class. Get the error message.
What happens when the bug occurs? Can’t download the draft class, so I can’t proceed with what I was trying to do, which makes the game a waste of time.
What do you expect to see? A working * draft class. Please get rid of this stupid community message board and provide a phone number to call. These questions are moronic.

Fix the issue.

Same! I didn’t have this issue until the recent update, so I’m about something gets patched quick. They need to fix the draft order if you start from today in Franchise Mode as well. 

It’s broken again after the latest update on PS4. Have tried all recommendations, can’t download anything if community files only get errors or file removed messages. Also community files won’t open half the time.

Are you able to fix this by removing all community files from your game from managing the files section under Settings and then try re-downloading them?

I tried that first it’s just broken. Fix your game I’m deleting all my saves because you guys are incompetent. This is why nobody should have exclusive rights games like these. Just been getting progressively ever since 2005

Whenever I attempt to click on Madden Share to download community files I get stuck in a neverending load screen.  I have deleted the game and reinstalled twice.  Cleared my Ps5s cache.  Deleted all of my game files and contacted EA help.  I was told that they don't know what to do so I should post here.

You guys are literally the worse. Make a better product instead of just working on micro transactions. 

So it’s been a week. Any progress? I can’t download any madden share files. There is no point in playing franchise (the only reason I bought this game) without downloadable draft classes!! I have tried all suggested troubleshooting, still says it can’t connect. 

I’m having the same exact issue described by other users. I’ve had to reach out in 3 different ways to make this known and each response has been different.

EAHelp on Twitter is saying to delete files (I have nothing to delete, it says I have no community files) and the EA Chat is telling me it’s about to be fixed (is it?). 

Please, just fix the server. Dedicate some time to this and get it resolved. I’m stuck in my franchise and can’t progress any further without a draft class. 

Twitter and Reddit users are aware of this too, I’m going to make posts telling people to reach out and comment to hopefully get this fixed.
