If you're on PC let's try this.

Right-click on Origin and run it as administrator. Right-click on the game in your library and select Repair if the option is there.

Try to go to Community Files.

If it didn't work, it could be a program running in the background. What anti-virus do you have?

Try a clean boot and then immediately launch Origin as administrator once the PC loads up. Do not open other programs. This will help determine if it's another program that launches with your PC that's conflicting with Origin.

    @EA_Blueberry is ther going to be a fixe for madden 21 community roster its been 2 months now and still no fixe what hell

    Hello to whom it may concern 

    My name is UnFadeable21 and I create rosters for the Madden Franchise community.

    I recently noticed that EA has deleted my PS5 Madden 21 Custom OFFSeason Roster in the Community Files Share.  

    My roster “Madden2022” was deleted after 13,000 downloads from the football fans around the world on March 23rd.  

    After this date; everything was removed and cleared from my account.

    File Name: Madden2022

    Online ID: UnFadeable21

    Platform: PlayStation 5

    Why would EA Sports do such a thing? There is no longer my file in the “My Shared Files” section. I am very disappointed that this could be a ploy to stop Madden fans from buying Madden 22 because there is no reason to delete my files for people to enjoy.  I buy and have supported Madden every year since 2000.

    I would like a clear explanation why this would occur? Please restore my roster so that I may continue to help and serve the Madden community.

    Is this file still missing for you?

    I just came back from time off and the team has made some back-end changes in hopes to address this.

    Can you all let me know if you're still getting a specific error when you try to download a file?

    Yes, my original files Madden2022 with 13k downloads was deleted by EA Sports and Whoever runs the Madden community files.


    I have re-uploaded a new File Madden2022 with just under 2k downloads.  

    I’m sure there is nothing you can do but I just wanted to know why they did that.

    Always says servers are down when I try to access community files. I can open everything just fine. I tried all the steps given in this thread by EA. nothing. It happens on both PC and Xbox
