I'm on the PS4 and have discovered if I disconnect my PS4 from the Internet prior to entering the game then it doesn't have this error ...... at least it hasn't in the last 3 games I finished where as it happened with every game prior to disconnecting from the Internet prior to entering the game.
Easy & Simple workaround ......... until they patch this puppy.
Disconnecting from the internet doesn’t work. We need a hot fix ASAP. Or for content creators to bring attention to the issue. The only way to play franchise mode is to sim without using the super sim mode. Slow sim is bugged if you want to watch your team play you can’t.

I want my money back. EA doesn’t work, madden doesn’t work, you promised fixes and way under delivered... as always. I’ve had madden for months now and all it has been is frustration. I’m done with it, the game is unplayable.
