We're aware of the connection issues that many people are currently seeing with MUT. The team is investigating and working on getting this fixed. Thank you for your patience on this while it's under investigation.

I purchased this game for PC a few days ago and still have not been able to access the server.  Is this normal?  I am frustrated and contemplating a request for a refund.  I didn't not buy the game for it not to work as advertised.  After reading through this thread it sounds like this issue has been going on for weeks.

How much longer is this going to take I would really like to play my game that I bought and I have not been able to play for 4days now

There was a game update yesterday that should have helped with the connection issues that many people were seeing. If you're still having trouble connecting please try power-cycling your system and see if you can connect after that. For more details on how to power cycle check out the links below:
