    Thank you so much for coming back to confirm it worked for you. We are going to notify our Support teams of this workaround fix while the dev team is working to address it from their end. 

    Workaround: Add a friend to your PSN friends list

Still nothing on this issue going into the fourth week? I guess we’ll be able to play solo challenges in madden 22.....

Unfortunately, we do not have an update at this time. EA Engineers and Developers are still working through the issue. Once we have an update, we will let players know along with next steps to take care of players impacted.

We will provide an update once we have one as we are monitoring the situation closely.

    Thanks for the update. I think just having a daily status update would help everyone even if the update is "not fixed yet" as without that we are mostly left wondering if EA has decided it's not worth fixing or something like that. At this point I've given up trying to actually load the game and just check this issue every so often to see what is going on.

      I'll just throw my details in here, I wish I would have found this thread before 3 hrs worth of tech support. 

      I have the same issue however, I have probably trouble shot much more than most, again, 3 hrs and 2 tech support agents, I've even factory reset the ps5, I've tried multiple accounts ( seemingly discounts the lineup gap theories) and I've uninstalled/reinstalled 6 times,the ps4 version works perfect,  please fix this, my psnid is GreeneBlitz.
