    @grinchmeow 

    Have you tried power cycling the console with these steps and do you have anything plugged into your console?

    How to power cycle your Xbox console:

    1. Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button  on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
    2. Unplug the console’s power cable. Wait 10 seconds.

    Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

    1. Plug the console power cable back in.
    2. Press the Xbox button  on your console to turn on the Xbox One.

    @EA_Blueberry Did all that and it still didn't work...it just won't load once you decide what team you want to control on exhibition or past the selection of which franchise you want to load. It always kicks me out to my home menu. I have Xbox Series X if that matters
  • @MrBBeard That didnt work either....just an observation ...does Ea ask you to verify their policy agreement twice while the game is loading and each time you load it?

    @grinchmeow I did a bunch of times when not working. Once it started working, I didn’t have to do the agreements again.

    Hey, @grinchmeow 

    I wasn't able to catch your last response before I headed out for the weekend. 

    Can you check your email address for your EA account to see if you have anything from our Terms of Service team. Did you make any recent changes to your local privacy settings?

    @EA_Blueberry There were no email from the Terms of Service Team and besides verifying my email address s you suggested I haven't made any changes...as others have had I had a problem saying there was an error ith currency balance but the gme still worked nd then the next time I went to use it I saw the Please Review our Terms of Privacy Agreement and it hasnt worked since and it comes up every time. One thing I ill mention is we had a power outage one night...dont know if that could affect anything in this instance

    When you visit profile.ea.com is your region and language the same as where you're playing from?

    To ensure you're on the correct account, under Connections you should see your Gamertag/PSN ID you play on.

    Glad to hear it was fixed. If there was anything specific (without revealing your account info) that you did on your end that may have fixed it other players could find it useful when searching these forums if you wanted to share it.

    We apologize for all the account trouble and I'm happy you are finally able to play. Have fun!
  • @EA_Blueberry As I see it. I have 2 different Xbox accounts. The one I used for EA was linked to the account that I no longer have an email for. But when I logged onto that EA account it asked me for authorization of terms of agreement and once I did that the game started working again. I will also tell you that I found out the game worked offline before of this most recent fix. Hope that helps
