Re: Madden 22 freezing when selecting upgrade players

I’m having an issue with playing games in my franchise now. (I’ve had numerous issues in the past but this is finally making me post something). I can’t even report a bug because the EA site won’t let me after logging I’m stuck doing this.

After playing a week in my franchise, my player has a chance of making X Factor and he sits down with an invisible QB to talk about bowling and then playing football. For a handful of PS5 resets the franchise main menu buzzes and I can only select certain things (very buggy). Once I finally got into a game I was playing against my own franchise team instead of an opponent. I backed out and the game froze and I can’t get back into it.

Please fix this… I’ve been a huge franchise player and the last game I bought was Madden 20. I gave 22 a chance despite the reviews I saw on 21. This is unplayable and is unenjoyable. I’ve never had an issue with franchise since I’ve had a Madden game in the early 2000s.

This is my first time ever posting something or complaining as well. If franchise mode can’t be fixed I would prefer to have a refund, just being honest. Being someone who only has so much time to play games it’s upsetting to deal with a large amount of in-game bugs regularly. I’ve heavily defended your franchise up until now and I hope to continue it, but my franchise I’ve spent a ton of hours into is literally unplayable and it’s upsetting. Thank you.
