When I go to play a game in Face of Franchise mode, the controller stays in the middle and will no go to my team.
in regular franchise mode I’m able to select character in settings to fix it but I can’t on face of franchise. Both of my controllers work and it does it to both of them.

I tried this too. I even connected through usb, switched controllers, even borrowed a friends. Controller stays in the middle. I also can’t download any files from the “community”. It’s like I have the game but all the features aren’t unlocked. I’ve deleted it all and redownloaded numerous times, still no luck. Been like this since launch. EA blames PlayStation and PlayStation blames EA, either way I took an L buying this Madden.
Im having the same issue in Madden 23. In my franchise, I couldn’t move my controller icon over. Also for tue past 2 months. I cant connect to the community files. I cant download any user created files. So annoying
I'm having the same issue, except it's widespread across all game modes. In MUT, I can interact with the auction house, roster, sets, etc., but when I try to play H2H or MUT Draft, the searching for opponent timer goes on forever. In CFM, if I try to play the CPU, the controller icon is stuck in the middle, and if I try to play a real opponent via invite, it crashes my game, as well as when we click play game at the same time. I can sim week, interact with roster, trade, and do everything else except play the game in CFM. I can play the CPU in offline, but I've already done that so many times it's just gotten boring. I've tried restarting my game, uninstalling and re-installing my game, changing EA account info, all have failed. I'm currently waiting for an answer to give me a reason to reinstall the game.
