I’m having the exact same issue.
The franchise will not progress because there are no offensive coordinators to hire.
It just says “There is no data to display” when trying to hire the OF and the franchise can no longer progress.
Same on PC in the 2028 Season now.
After looking around if I can release another Teams OC so that i can hire him I found that almost 30 percent of the league are also out of Offensive Coordinators and it happend even before the 2028 season. The game seems to just not give you new coaches - neither OC nor DC - when one retires?!
Had the issue last night. You can retire but choose switch roles, pick a non controlled team to take over fire their coordinator the retire again switch roles take your original team back and hire that coordinator
