Just letting anyone else know who has this issue - I was able to fix through unenrolling from the “Xbox Update Preview Alpha” group in the Xbox Update Preview program.

I switched from the “Preview Alpha” group to the “Preview Delta” group, and it has worked ever since. So, if you have any Madden issues and are in the Preview Program, it is worth a try….
