Re: Madden digital download with xbox bundle not working...

I also purchased the XBOX One bundle, input the code and the game never went in the queue. I contacted EA on this site via chat and a ticket number was given to me. They referred me to http://help.ea.com/en/article/xbox-players-unable-to-redeem-madden-15-ultimate-edition-code/ 

That link does not seem to address our issue since it is referring to the Ultimate Edition and NOT the bundle download. They said they are working the issue and when it is resolved the game will be added to the download queue. No ETA was given and no explanation.
