I did contact them shortly after receiving this message and they were absolutely no help. As for the Club Championship pack, they said that it wouldn't be given out until after the registration deadline and most likely not until the games start. Then a day or two later I did receive the pack which contained only an 82 that now has no spot on my team, but certainly would have when I filled out the Club Championship form. VERY DISSAPOINTING by both EA and their terrible support member I chatted with.

- Concerned team checked and shared that, these packs haven't yet been granted. They are typically pushed out a bit later in the year, after some of the competitive tournaments happen. Also, I asked them about the Madden Rewards pack and the original Derwin vs the World missing Crown to which they had no answers of any kind other than they were looking into it. The biggest reason for me contacting them though was that with all the trouble I went through getting my Madden game (I preordered the standard version from Walmart and found out on day I was guaranteed to get it that it was lost in "processing") that after fighting to get the game with the Ravens players, I never got the other guaranteed bonuses from preorder that all venders were giving. To this they said that it was up to Walmart to figure out how to give EA provided content! Pathetic!
