I got the MVP Edition on PS4, which came with the free PS5 upgrade. I can only download the trial for the PS5. The PS4 editions are all available, but only the EA Access trial for the PS5. I have a screenshot of the proof of purchase from the PS Store, if needed.

We have a thread on this here too. Can you provide me your PSN ID and store name + location where you purchased it from? We see reports of players not being able to upgrade and it's under investigation.
I bought the digital version on the PS4 at launch and cannot download the PS5 version. The only versions available to me on the PS5 are the standard PS4 version with none of the next gen features or the next level version and £60! I have no option for game version to select the PS5 version and now PS5 version available to download on the PS Store.
