HI @EmperoroftheWorl CAn we try the following and check if you are able to get both games to fulscreen?

Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates
Default your game to the high-performance GPU, AMD Settings | Nvidia Settings | Windows Settings
Guide for Troubleshooting Graphics issues
Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance

I have tried all of the suggestions for both games, and I am still having the same problem. The only thing that I couldn't try was the Default your game to the high-performance GPU, AMD Settings because the GPU Workload was not with the other settings.

Hi @EmperoroftheWorl It looks like you have a dedicated Nvidia GPU, can you follow the steps for setting it there?

I have already tried this, and I tried it again and it's still greyed out. I still can't access or change the resolution in game.

Hi @EmperoroftheWorl, Would it be possible to test a different display cable and/or monitor to check if this continues?
