Please allow up to 24hrs for the transaction to be completed. If after this time you still do not have the points then do contact an Advisor as below.

    I bought madden points for the PlayStation store and they are not showing up in game. I actually bought points twice five minutes or so apart the other ones showed up but not the first and I have receipts for both transactions.
