These ratings could be subject to change leading up to the launch. I know the game designers explained in the past they want rookies to feel like "rookies" which is why their ratings are still lower than 2nd or 3rd year players. They want to give them room to grow where their attributes will rise enough to feel at the same level as the best NFL veterans.
