This error happens quite often. There are a few ways you can actually go about resolving this one. The first thing I do is the following
1. From the main menu please go to MUT > Team > Visuals & then remove the Jerseys & remove the Coach. Then add different ones. Doesn’t matter which ones.
2. Go to your roster and edit it with the lineup tool to best overall.
3. When you're loaded into Madden > Navigate to Customize (NFL Logo in the bottom right) > Share & Manage Files > Load & Delete Files to bring up the game's file list.- Delete the files under Profile & Roster. This does not delete any game data.
Then, I do these:
Restore Licenses Select (Settings) > [Account Management] > [Restore Licenses].
Then, go into Settings/Storage/System storage/Saved Data, locate the game, and then delete the "saved data", and reboot the console.
Last, press and hold the power button on the front of the console until it turns off completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console. Wait 1 minute, plug the power cord back in and turn the console back on as you would normally.
