@Gottberg23 hm, not sure whether I understood you correctly: did you mean that you see the graphics (e.g. the player pics on items, etc.) for 5-10 minutes only after starting the game? if yes, I'd guess it is not a bug in terms of "missing graphics" but a connection issue. since the database is stored on EA's servers (and - most likely - partly in the cache, as far as my assumption is correct) it is downloading the information every time again. in particular regarding graphics, that might be a severe issue if your internet connection is slow (and maybe there are a lot of nodes between you and EA's servers in California too; that's for instance in my case too, since I'm European. I face quite long loading times too, for instance if I'm opening the item binder or the auction house).

anyways, back to your issue. two guesses/questions that came up my mind and might be helpful for you reducing loading times: did you install Madden on an external HDD? do you have enough free space on your HDD allowing the game storing information in the cache (in order to speed up loading processes)? The latter would possibly be responsible for it working for a few minutes, but not after that...

@Neo_Novalis Madden is on my xbox hard drive and Ill be able to see all the art if I restart the game for a moment but will end up disappearing shortly but I do also use madden 21 companion app.
