Re: Missing game modes madden 22 (MUT-Play Now)

I understand but I’ve spoken with support and I’m not suspended or banned nor have I been hacked… so there’s no real reason why I should be missing game modes. If there’s a bug I’m not sure. I’d like to know because I’ve done everything from reinstalling the game not much I can do. But I don’t think it’s fair that it takes this long to get and real answer.

    If your ban was due to a third party taking control of your account, our Terms of Service team will have to review and verify whether that was the case. I'm sure our Support team advised you on how to make necessary changes on your end to securing the account down to avoid this happening again in the future. I pasted an article below if you need any further information around securing your account. I recommend adding login verification to your EA account if you haven't yet done so.

  • Again there was NO ban or hack according to support. So how does this happen? If there’s no ban? If there a bug?
