They say it’s a problem numerous users are encountering and that their specialist team is currently working on a fix. 

Don't fall for that...They have been saying "they are working on it,it's a bug,no ban ect. Trust me there's a ban. After 2 weeks of me bugging non stop they finally sent/said I broke their TOS.. Thing is they have 99% rights to do as they please as says in their TOS however the player does have a very minimal right to the game. I my self am and will continue to look into "other options "to fight against a big bully. EA will do anything to say they were correct into making their decision but it's in fact a bot system THEY USE to say if or when a player deserves to get a ban. I can honestly say with 110% certainty I HAVE NEVER BROKEN THEIR RULES nor CHEATED,SOLD,BOUGHT coins other than THEM! If they COULD SHOW or BETTER YET PROVE I deserved a ban then I'll walk into sunset not asking questions. At this point EA is taking players money,falsely banning players without cause use their TOS to try and cover them selves so they can do as they please and the player does agreed to those terms however the player to has rights I for one am calling upon those WHO legitimately have done no wrong doing and still got a "BAN"but was told different stories like myself for over 2 weeks saying things like your not banned,it's a bug,were working on it and finally after 2 weeks get a BS or email so they can cover themselves please hit me up gamer tag ju66alorydazbtch ps4/5 I'd love to here from you! I for one am tired of being a minnow in a big pond and having to be bullied by bigger fish if enough minnow come together they can fight the big fish

Ah, thank you sir. I figured it was a lie from the beginning even the community guys here stopped replying. I just wanted to know if I’m actually banned or not. Unfortunately, they rather waste my time than just telling the truth.
