Re: Missing player auction

I’m using the service in which you’re telling me to if I’m getting service why are they resolving my file if I’ve placed several requests it’s not resolved. Also I’ve provided multiple agents with documentation and numerous details on the issue still dealing with it. Spoke to you yesterday after completing steps you advised and here we are. Check my account check my records see how many individuals I’ve spoken too and been in contact with only to still be dealing with the same issue. Fact that you say I’m not following instructions is wrong as well I’m the customer. We support you’re brand why not try to have some empathy and understand how upsetting this is when you spend your money and time supporting a brand that won’t even back you on an issue.

    I can see you currently have a case open and are waiting to hear back from the advisor working the case. They'll respond as soon as they can. In the future, you might find a quicker response through Twitter/Facebook help. Just keep that in mind if there are any other issues.
