@SwaggyCow987 did you already complete one more game afterwards? missing content and rewards is often triggered by completing one more game.
my second guess (although I assume you already did that): did you already have a look at your item binder? sorting by "newest" might help finding it.
if none of the approaches work, you might have to contact EA Help (see contact details below). they can track your account and hopefully will grant you the item if it is missing due to a bug.
