You can save and share roster updates, playbooks, cpu slider settings, and player slider settings thorugh the community files section of the share tab of the main menu of the game. I just looked in there and there is a roster saved by a user called thEEreal6GOD that claims to have all moves as of 4/20/15 (Today). You may be able to recover your own roster through the "share my files" menu option on that same tab.
