@megaveganzombie1 did you ever get this fixed? I got auction house banned last week for no reason and I haven't been able to get in touch with anyone at EA to explain to me why this happened.

They sent me a email saying they were investigating it but i never got a response and i’m still banned i still trying to figure out what i can do to get unbanned and get everything back
I hate to break it to you, but nobody that works at EA is gonna help you. They are gonna tell you they banned you rightfully like they did to me and then some assistant will just say to contact the TOS team who do absolutely nothing. They do not care about the people who play the game. It has been weeks since I was coin wiped and not one person has been able to help me along with the thousands of other people who were also affected.
