SOLVED

I ended up going to my active lineup and changing it back and forth between Best Lineup via OVR and then via Team Chemistry.  I then went into the challenge with my Highest OVR.  I was able to start the challenge and finish the Rest of the Levels.  

I had tried it with my currently lineup right before this change and it had failed again.  So changing my lineup is what did it.

After completing the challenge, I put my lineup back the way I had it before and was able to complete the rest of the challenges without a problem and get my Level Master Token.
