Okay I checked and it reset my level progression and my solos progression but I kept all my packs, coins, and players. Not too much of a set back at all 👍🏾👍🏾
- @Bl4ckH4mm3rz, yeah i just did the same and it fixed my main account, but now my second account didn't reset my solos progress so its asking me to complete the preseason solos again but I can't, because they already have stars...

To catch anyone up that see this, removing the additional Gamertag/PSN ID from the account can help get around this error. You'll need to assign the backup account to a new email after removal.

The Madden NFL team is aware of this and currently investigating. I'm going to mark this post solved for visibility purposes. Thank you again, @blloyd09 for helping out. So it is safe to do so? Or should we wait for a true fix from ea?

So this is my situation. I have an EA account which last year had issues with Twitch drops. My son and I have gamertags (PS4/5) on the same EA account. I asked for them to split them last year and was told it was impossible to do. I have a second account/gamertag that I believe would still receive the same loyalty rewards. Am I best off just trading my players from the shared account to the second account and use it or tell EA to split the main account and chance losing everything. Either way I'm going to move my elites to the second team whether it's to roll with that team or as a safe harbor with the split. Advice?
- @EA_Blueberry Your support is useless how is this not fixed yet we have challenges expiring on the 27th and I haven’t even been able to play a single one. You can quickly take our money for the game but can’t do a thing to fix it just tell us we are working kn the issue. Then an update happens and it’s just you guys taking away ways for us to grind yet we can’t even play.
The worst part about this problem is how no one from ea is even speaking on it… I watched Goor morning madden and Krealo spoke on all of the problems but NO word on this… it’s like ea doesn’t even care that this is affecting us… I purchased the dynasty edition for an early start and now we are a week past launch and I’m falling further and further behind. There’s no make rights for progression.. at this point would just be happy with a refund for the dynasty edition
Still nothing… has anyone else heard anything about this problem?
Maybe ea will give us some news soon.. but to not even speak on it anywhere is painful. They want to #keepitfair. But how is this fair?
