It being entered as the first name. Last name "Ford" is fine, no message received if I enter this first. Message only comes up when "Sheila" is entered as first name.

This was likely not intended and falls more under as a bug report where the filter is not working as it should. Will get that added to the list, thanks!

I appreciate your efforts but there shouldn't be a list of "acceptable names". The idea is very worrying and offensive. Who is judging which names are acceptable or not? And who thinks they have the God given right to do that? It's very concerning and is completely anti diversity and inclusion which EA is supposedly supportive of.

I appreciate you are trying to make the best possible out of a bad situation and I feel sorry EA has put you in this position. I have contacted the BBC to investigate this as I've effectively been told my Irish surname is offensive and that is quite frankly borderline racism.
