Re: No access to ultimate team

Same issue had update now cannot access  M.U.T  but play everything else .. error YOU DONT HAVE ACCESS TO THIS SECTION 

I am getting that message for MUT too, but I can still do online H2H and franchise.

I have access to every game mode but ultimate team isn’t even an option on the bottom of the screen.

Ultimate team just shut down, and no longer can access it. Its not even on the main menu any more. What to do? How to fix?

I am having this exact issue as well. I tried restarting several times. Right now MUT or anything online is unavailable. Going to EA Help, there is a note at top of page saying the issue is being addressed.

I’m on ps5 The MUT button is not on opening screen. There is a Headliners box with Derrick Brown you click on that and it says I don’t have access to this section. Please help

I can't even access Mut at all anymore. It is literally gone from my game. It gives me updates about new stuff coming out for it but when I click it to take me to it it gives me a error saying "you don't have access to that section." I guess I spent $100 for waste of space on my hard drive. I have closed out the game and restarted it but nothing fixes it.  EA needs to fix this because it's beyond ridiculous at this point

Nope and the people we paid well now over $300 for this crap show not one word 

The fix is NBA 2k23 comes out on the 8th screw this franchise. John Madden rolling over in his grave right now. Put his name on this crap

I was playing Madden 23 Ultimate Team and then all of a sudden it completely disappeared from my game it told me my access was restricted. I checked on the banning website and iam not banned

Everytime I open MUT it takes me to the starting mission which I’ve already completed so I can’t get past that screen what can I do?

Same here, ea says they know about it and are working on it.

This is the last game I will buy from EA sports they have no clue anymore just a shame & a scam... They get the money & dump us EA fans. Access restricted so u can't meet your goals in this game........! No More, give us our money back or fix it!!!!!!!
