Thanks for your quick answer and although I think this humble post won´t make any change I still would like to express my opinion.
As I mentioned I have been a Madden fan for several years (since Madden 2000), every year there was an improvement on the game so, as a fan I kept on buying and had great expectations on Madden every year.
It´s very sad to read that this version of Madden for the 360 not only was incomplete but it was also done by design, and I truly think this is a disservice for all of us who have been loyal Madden fans for so long, many of us aren´t able to buy the newest console yet but we still expect the same quality standards that EA has shown to us during all this years since we are loyal customers.
I know there are financial and logistics reasons to cut support and updates for older consoles, but I also believe there is a quality standard to be met and expected in all products for all customers.
This is only the humble opinion of a huge Madden fan and I sincerely hope that is taken into account, we expect great things from EA always, so far the company has met them, this time it came out unfortunately short.
