Can you let us know if there is any change if you switch from MSAA to FXAA please?

that fixed it, thanks, weird that enabling MSAA disables those effects, but with FXAA it works as it should.

Thanks for posting. I suspected that could be the issue as that can also affect weather effects.

yes i've noticed that MSAA disables pyrotechnics, fireworks and rain.
