Re: No make goods, no help from anyone!!

Hi @MADDENMAN890 Thanks for taking a moment to share what you have been experiencing. To confirm we recently got an update here.

Please give the system up to 48 hours for the makegoods to process. Stay tuned to @MaddenNFLDirect for any future updates. Thank you! 

Once we have fully passed this time frame, we can check the Madden twitter channel to see if there are any further updates or try restarting your game to confirm if you were eligible to receive the makegood.

    @EA_Illium That was posted on Tuesday, it’s now Thursday. That’s 48 hours and I haven’t gotten any sort of confirmation that the issue is going to be addressed

    Hey there I’m still waiting for my lockout rewards as well and it’s been almost 2 weeks now and no help
