@EA_Barry please be advised I contacted EA Help via phone call this was the ticket number created: 120789002. Per my conversation with the operator they stated this is a known issue and that your team or Dev team is aware of the issue. They stated it's some type of syncing issue, but the item was not granted and they say to reach out to them in the next 24-hrs if the item still doesn't show up. I also just completed my solo challenges for the 87 BND conference player and I also ran into the same issue. I posted it on the original post under Ultimate team: PC Users not getting Campus Heroes 87 BND for challenges . Hopefully this can be fixed soon. Thanks.
