Does it seem like your console is getting very hot, are the fans running at high speed?

I haven't felt it, but it just sits on top of a dresser with nothing around it. I'll check it later today.
No my console is well ventilated, the only time I dont have sound is in Madden. When I'm at the home screen there is sound.
I have sound in other games....

No but I now have sound after last night's update
Tried all the fixes and nothing. Please figure out what’s going on.
Mine randomly came back on today.
Mine now has no sound. Has been this way for 2 days. I've done all the troubleshooting as well

I have re-booted my Xbox, unplugged it. Nothing works. There is sound through the system. TV works other games have sound. It’s only Madden 20.
Community ManagerI've seen others mention that if they throw in another game into the console (or digitally load up another one), then returning back to Madden will fix the sound. Double-check the sound settings you have in game to see if they were turned down. I recommend setting it back to default to see if that helps.
Loading another game them going back seems to have worked. Hope I do Not have to do it every time I play though.

I am having the same issue on madden 21 but not a single other game I have tried all the solutions above and none of them have solved the problem. The issue is clearly with the game rather than console or settings. I un and reinstalled and nothing changed
console is not at fault, why is it this game is the only one that doesn't have sound, obviously broken on your end.
Your game is broken, No sound, it might just effect a few of us, but it is your fault, not the console, why else would every game but yours have sound? Answer that logically and you win a prize.
