It's definitely strange that it's only happening with EA games. If you haven't already can you try power cycling your Xbox to see if that makes any difference at all?

I also had this problem with my Madden 20. I power cycled, restarted, cleaned the disc and it still is not working. It has been happening for about a week. I really do not want to get a new disc so is there anything else you could suggest to fix this.

Are you also playing on Xbox? Is this only happening with Madden 20, or do you see the same issue with other EA games as well?

Others as well. Anthem ps4, and battlefield 1 xbox 1. Says my ea profile is invalid but everything checks out fine on ea.com.

That might be something different. I've seen some similar reports recently. Can you try something for me to see if it helps?
Go to the Origin website and log into your EA Account there. Mouse over your avatar down at the bottom, then click on EA Account and Billing. When you get to the account management page click on the About Me tab. Scroll down a bit and you should see your connected PSN and Xbox accounts. Click on the Revoke Access button next to these accounts. This won't actually unlink the accounts, but the next time you start up an EA game it should ask you to log into your EA Account in-game.

That dont work as it dosnt have anything in there
none of my ea games will connect to online via my xbox
ive reset my password like it says no idea why its suddenly doing this

About a week ago, all ea games load , and then just boot out to home.
Have ea access through 1-18.
Basically since I downloaded nfs payback, off of game pass
