I was able to DM with someone through twitter and he focused on me reconnecting my EA account to twitch. So I still have not received the dump truck and at this point it looks like I never will. It was the last large dump truck. It is very frustrating not to receive a reward with no communication from EA. With all of the money I have spent and the many many problems with the game, I definitely will not ever buy madden product again.

I went back and watched the video when I was announced as the winner of the last dump truck (4 players and 3k training). He says the winner is "roberti4 or it could be a lower case l". Then he announces the winner as roberti4. It was a lower case l and not an i. My name was misspelled as roberti4 and not robertl4. I think this is the reason there has been no contact or whispers.
