As far as any save files that has been already corrupted will not load....
But I had a save that was one week before the crash and I can successfully confirm that I made it through my 4th season week 14 where the save corruption begins and Beyond without any issues loading.

I started a new franchise after the most recent title update. I got 9 seasons into an offline franchise and just experienced a crash after a Superbowl. All, but one of my files are no longer loading. Think I'm putting Madden down for a while. This sucks.
Really? Dang man I was hoping they had fixed it. Sucks to have that looming over you if you start a Franchise having to just hope it doesn't happen
Same issue, Xbox one. Are they ever going to fix this glitch?

Is anyone else experiencing crashes around Season 9 for a new franchise file? I can confirm now the team was able to address the original issue of the save files not loading when crashing earlier into the season.
Now, it is still possible to experience a crash when you're simulating multiple seasons. That is where I've seen reports of crashes in the past the most, when multiple seasons are simulated.
If crashes and save files still aren't loading, we'll need specific details on what you were doing and what season you were into so the team can look into this further.

The information I've received is that this has now been addressed in the latest update per the information we've been gathering in this thread. If the game continues to crash, this could be the result of a new unexpected issue resulting in the update.
Regarding crashes when simming. That is an observation I've seen over the years and it could be due to a variety of factors, like the user's hardware near full on space, running apps in the background while playing Madden instead of force closing them down, and performance stress on the system. We tend to see more reports of that on the forums when multiple seasons are simmed rather than one or two at a time.
I may start another file at some point and see how things turn out.

PS4 Pro - Offline Franchise
Started a New Offline Franchise after the November Title Update
I did simulate a few seasons, but not all at once. I often would play a few games in a season and then simulate to the playoffs. I did simulate the entirety of the fourth, fifth, and sixth seasons. What type of simulation may put my franchise at risk so I know how to avoid it better? If you aren't sure then no worries.
Here are the roles I played as and some of the details before the crash.
Create-a-character for the lions - QB Improvisor position - I played this role the entirety of the franchise.
I played as several coaches over several seasons - I played as the Colts, Jets, Steelers, Cowboys, Texans, and Dolphins. I retired all of those roles either at the end of a season or in the middle of a season. I do not know if retiring in the middle of a season messes with the game or not. From what I can tell even if I play as a coach and retire the coach he still remains in the league. I actually like that, but I don't know if that may be what messes with things or not.
I played as two owners. I played as the owner of the Broncos all 9 seasons. I also created and played as the owner of the Chiefs the last two years of my franchise. I retired the Chiefs owner the 9th year of my franchise after a play off loss.
The only roles I controlled before the crash were the QB and the owner for the Broncos. The Broncos made the Superbowl and played the Packers. The game crashed during the Superbowl celebration.
With all of this said... I do not know if my team hopping lead to some complications or not. I think I will use the moment to make a suggestion though. I would like to be able to play games for the teams that I don't manage. I like being able to manage multiple teams, but I don't want to feel like I have to in order to simply play another teams game. NCAA 14 did this well. I could manage any team I wanted, but I could also play or simulate any game that I wanted without having to manage the team. I understand this may be complicated due to the online aspects of franchise, but the offline mode should be a free for all since I'm the only one in the league.
Anyways, good luck finding the issue! I hope it is a rare issue that no one else has and one that we don't ever see again. As always I'll keep you in the loop if I end up starting another offline franchise and if I have more problems.

This is 100% still an issue. Just happened to me for the 3rd time. I give up. It’s not your fault my G, but EA never getting another penny from me & that’s on moms.
