Re: Online connected franchise notifications

Try this:

  • Goto Settings list in the Messenger
  • Here, you can control which modes you’re receiving updates from and turn off those particular settings as desired.
  • Turn of CFM notifications
  • If the notifications from that league stop, turn back on CFM notifications and see if they return.

Barry, I went ahead and tried it. Once I cut the notifications back on, a couple days later, I started to receive the messages again. Got any other advice.

If you are on xbox then maybe turn off the notifications and then clear the cache.

360: Instructions can be found in Step 3 of this article: https://help.ea.com/article/issues-connecting-online-with-xbox-360

Reset the XB1 network card and clear the cache:

    1. On the console, press and hold the Xbox button until the light behind it turns off (about 5 seconds), which means the console is off.
    2. After the console has shut down, unplug the power cord and wait 30 seconds.
    3. Plug the console back in and turn it on using the Xbox button. Power cycling will reset the network card and clear the cache.
